Google to open R&D centre in Krakow

Google Inc. has announced that it will open a product research and development centre in Cracow. The new centre is planned to develop more innovative products and technologies for the Polish and world markets, Google reported in a statement.

The Cracow investment shows Poland's significant role as the country with many outstanding computer scientists and gifted workers, Google's Alan Eustace was quoted as saying.

The Cracow R&D centre will be the first one in Central Europe, the tenth one in Europe and 31st one in the world. Google to open R&D centre in Cracow
